She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Vernon Johnson and Lula Washington Johnson. She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Alsop Green of Newtown, Angela Alsop Thompson of Bowie and Sherrin C. Alsop of Newtown, Virginia; her grandson Chad E. Green of Newtown; her son-in-law James Thompson (TJ) of Bowie, Maryland; her sister Flossie Johnson Gaines of Newtown, Virginia; and her sisters-in-law, Dr. Bessie Alsop Stanback of Princeton and Iris Alsop of Washington, D. C.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
