She is survived by: her son Michael Fields (Mia); her siblings, Linda Campbell, Fran Moore, Ada Addington and Buster Addington; her sister-in-law Bridgette Addington; and her grandchildren, Sydney Fields, Leah Williams, Neal Williams, Josh Collins, Tyler Fields and Amber Forrester. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
