He is survived by: his wife Louise Keith; his son Tony Keith (Angela); his grandchildren, Brittany Mullins (Alex) of Tony, Keith (Charli) and Jessica Carter (Carl); his great grandchildren, Isabelle Rose and Conrad Henry; Timmy, Wes Salyers, John, Regina Payne, Larry and Nancy Culbertson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
