We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2023, at the age of 101, Janie B. Hines of Nokesville, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Lee A. Black and Janie S. Black; her husband James B. Hines (Hum); her children, Virginia White of Gainesville, FL and James D. Hines of Manassas; and her brother L. A. Black Jr. of Statesville, NC..

She is survived by : her son Thomas (Gayle) of Nokesville, VA; and her daughter-in-law Judy of Somerville, SC. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and six great great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in her name to: Heartland Hospice 493 Blackwell Rd. Suite 319 Warrenton, VA 20186.
