She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon S. Blankenship and Myrtle E. Blankenship (Russ); and her husband Donald D. Lambert. She is survived by: her children, G. Stephen Lambert (Julie) and Donna Johnson (Joseph); her grandchildren, Thomas Lambert (Sarah), Sierra Hall (Nathan) and Samantha Lambert; and her great grandchildren, Scarlette, Karsyn Lambert and Ava Hall.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lab Rescue LCRP, an organization close to Elyse's heart.
