We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2023, at the age of 90, Veachel Harrison Emberton of Nokesville, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles William Emberton and Savannah Crabtree Emberton; his son Joseph Franklin Emberton; his daughter-in-law Barbara Emberton; and his siblings, Leon, JB, William Jr., Corrine, Emma Gene and Nellie.

He is survived by : his wife Mary Frances Emberton; his children, Danny Harrison Emberton (Linda), Willie Carl Emberton, Mary Jane Oakes (Jimmy), Debbie Sue Plemmons (Boo) and Pamela Jean Pritchett (Chris); his grandchildren, Deanna, Tammy, Willie Jr., Jeremy, Sam, Amanda, Amy, Jennifer, Sarah, Matthew and Mary-Jo; his siblings, Frank, Christine and Sue; and also Vickie Emberton. He is also survived by 19 Great Grandchildren and countless nieces and nephews.
