We are sad to announce that, on April 10, 2023, at the age of 86, Ada Ellen Griffey of Norfolk, Virginia, born in Westmoreland, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Morris and Ethel McKinney Morris; her husband Hasel Milton "Griff" Griffey; her former husband Willie Lee "Wickie" Wilkerson; and her son Michael Raye Wilkerson.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara W. Nixon (Charles) of Sebrell and Richard Mark Wilkerson (Yvonne) of Suffolk; and her grandchildren, Bailey Wilkerson, Shea Wilkerson, Caitlin Wilkerson and Brandi Wright.
The family will receive friends following the service and suggests that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
