Andrews (Kristina) of Norfolk, Arnold "Lee" Andrews (Julie) of Gloucester, Virginia and Arlene Kilgore (Warren) of Norfolk, Virginia; and her nieces and nephews, Kendall Andrews, Timothy Andrews, Christopher Andrews, Jenifer Andrews and Clayton Kilgore.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or American Cancer Society in Joy's memory.
