She was predeceased by: her parents, Moses Columbus and Bertha Andrews Taylor. She is survived by: her children, Darryl M. Barnes of Roselle, NJ and Anita Barnes-Jackson of Philadelphia, PA.; her siblings, McKinley Barnes (Florence) of Wenonah, NJ, Donnie Taylor (Maxine) of Norfolk, VA, Dr. Alton Taylor (Leah) of Silver Springs, MD, Dr. Bertha T. Escoffery of Suffolk, VA and Yvonne T. Bly of Portsmouth, VA; and her sisters-in-law, Daphene Taylor and Ruth Barnes Nixon of Bowie, MD.. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
