He was predeceased by: his wife Novella White Knowles. He is survived by: his children, Andy Knowles (Terri), Beth Edens and Timmy Knowles (Debbie); his siblings, Bill Knowles and Peggy Hitt; and his caregiver Ruth Edwards. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
