He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary John and Tony R. Hage; and his brother Mike. He is survived by: his wife Patrice Waggoner Hage; his sons, Matthew (Jenna) and Philip (Michelle); his granddaughters, Sophia, Scarlett and Hannah; his sister-in-law Jo; and his nephew Michael. He is also survived by numerous cousins and dear friends.
