She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Wiley (Brown) and Peggy Wiley; and her brother Ronnie Brown. She is survived by: her stepmother Emma Brown of Meadville, PA; her significant other Butch Gibson of Gulfport, FL; her adoptive daughters, Heidi Gibson of Gulfport, FL and Deanna Flanagan (Mark) of Simpsonville, SC; her granddaughters, Ariana and Maura Flanagan; her brother Bobby Brown; her half-brother Floyd Wolford (Peggy); her son Wally Bragg; her cousin Terri Dichtl of Strongsville, OH; and her pet Scrappy. She is also survived by two granddaughters, and a great-granddaughter.
