She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Katherine Daise and Vernon Lee West; and her brothers, Bernard Woodhouse, Lawrence Woodhouse (Larry) and Claude Nixon (Lil Buddy).
She is survived by: her children, Bernard Lamb, Kathryn Swann (Rob), Sabrina Lamb-Burgman, La Barbara Williams and Donyelle Bernice Lamb; her aunt Bernice Townes; and her sister-in-law Evelyn Woodhouse. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
