It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Perkins (Norfolk, Virginia), who passed away on September 29, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Fuller and Sarah Fuller; her siblings, Virginia, Frederick Jr., Tyrone and Curtis; and her sons, Rodney and Anthony (Sherron).
She is survived by: her siblings, Joyce Bagby (Lawrence), Celestine Hayes (Roger) and Clifton Fuller (Diane); her spouse Alfletter Perkins; and her children, Sharon, Allen, Samoa Brown and Shawn (Monica). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
