She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Hill and Ada Hill. She is survived by: her nephews, Scott Harris (Connie) and Brent Harris of Brooklyn, NY; her great-nephews, Jackson Harris (Amy) and Gerald Harris (Bryceleigh); her cousins, Joel Griffin Amland, Vincent Ranhorn, Joey Ranhorn, Michael Amland and Grita Whitla; her brother-in-law Jerry Harris (Ann); and her nephew Brandon Ramsey. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Betsy H. Harris Memorial Fund, for the benefit of the Chesapeake Regional Cancer Treatment Center and the Virginia Beach SPCA.
