She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Wilson and Nonie Wilson; her husband Benjamin Joseph Parker; her daughter Bernita; and her siblings, Silas, Isaiah, Alexander, John Thomas, Daniel, James, Raleigh, Annie Rebecca, Mattie, Leomi and Ruth.
She is survived by: her son Joseph Lenard Parker (Marie) of Newport News, Virginia; her brother Luke Wilson (Minnie) of Windsor; her stepdaughter Maria Shoemaker of Augusta, Georgia; and her grandchildren, Marquetta Lucas (Christopher) of Virginia Beach, Virginia and Ronita Johnson of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by three Greatgrandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
