She is survived by: her husband Mack McIntosh; and her sibling's children, Michelle M. Ross of Henderson, NC, Janice A. Moore, Kimberly Greene of Virginia Beach, VA, Michael A. Moore of Rich Square, NC, Karl E. Moore and Tracey L. Moore of Norfolk, VA. She is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews, several extended family members, and friends.
