He is survived by: his wife Delphine Moore of Virginia Beach, VA; and his children, Evangelist Patricia Moore-Burton (Bishop Leroy Burton) of Virginia Beach, VA, Minister Theresa Moore Bond (Wendell) of Chesapeake, VA, Kenny Clemons of Franklin, VA., William Earl Moore, Jr. (Mildred) of Suffolk, VA., Elder Anthony Curtis Moore, Sr. (Cristina) of Suffolk, VA, Kevin Dillard of Suffolk, VA and Marcus McKesson (Jalyn) of Newport News, VA. He is also survived by twenty-seven grandchildren, fifty-seven great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews and friends.
