She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl August Nelson and Rosa Belle Hinkle Nelson; her brother Carl; and her former husband Byron Skinner. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Pat Nelson of Newark; her nephew Chad Nelson (Mike Walsh) of Wilmington, Delaware.; her friends, Shayne Evans, Bill Clendenin, Tammy Doster Green, Ed, Linda Bradley, Darci Teeters, Brittany, Marissa Scheele, Gina Easum, Valerie, Judd, Justin and Jason Brungardt; Tammi.
