She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Charles Bell and Carlotta Bell; and her sister Cordelia Ossi. She is survived by: her husband Tom; her daughters, Julia and Milana Cochran; and her siblings, Charlie Bell and Chris Bell.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ & St. Luke's Episcopal Church (560 W Olney Rd, Norfolk, VA 23507).
