She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Coins and Eugene Coins; her children, Antonio, Willis Cowell and Nikita Gambrell; and her siblings, Tongie Rodriguez and Eugene Coins, Jr..
She is survived by: her siblings, Jeffery Coins and Linda Briggs; her grandchildren, Jaquon Cowell, Khadijha Williams, Alexis Bright and Xavier Hawley-Cowell; and her cousin Sharyn Taylor. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
