With sadness, we share the passing of Carol Jean Grant (Norfolk, Virginia). Carol, born on April 5, 1940, passed away on September 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her sisters, Betty Stinnet and Ruth Owens (Rodney Stinnet); her daughters, Cindy Sanchez and Pamela Rickman; her son-in-law Alan Rickman of Virginia Beach; and her grandchildren, Daniel Sanchez of Norfolk Va, Kristina Robo, Nolan Cleary of Richmond Va, Steven Rickman of Baltimore Md and Angela Johnson Okmulgee of Oklahoma. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home (6329 E Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
