She is survived by: her children, Charles Washington Jr. of Brooklyn, N. Y., Charlette Dent of Norfolk, VA, Samantha Washington of Norfolk, VA and Tumequa Webb of Norfolk, VA. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
