Carolyn Papafil Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Papafil (Norfolk, Virginia), who passed away on January 30, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her significant other Nick; her sister Eva Barber; and her siblings-in-law, Helen Rookey (Papafil), Richard Barber, George Pappas, Rockwell Rookey and Alexander Papafil.

She is survived by: her son Ted; her daughter-in-law Drucie; her grandchildren, Kyra Poulos (Sam), Elizabeth Miller (David) and Nicholas Papafil (Marina); and her sister Connie Pappas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, godchildren, and the "Lunch Bunch" of close friends.
