She was predeceased by: her parents, Col Claude Benjamin White and Margaret Ferratt White of Norfolk, VA.; and her grandson James Wilkins Lipscomb. She is survived by: her sons, James E. Lipscomb IV (Shan) of Greenville, SC, Claude Benjamin Lipscomb (Pam) of Atlanta, GA and Christopher M. Trainor (Molly) of Chattanooga, TN; her grandchildren, Jackie Masters (Jeremiah), Owen M. Trainor, Caroline Trainor and May May Trainor; her great grandchildren, Hughes Howard Masters and Hampton James Masters; and her sisters, Judy McDonald (Henry Leland) and Sally Herche.
