Armbrecht of Wheeling, Augustus A. and Nora Burke Killmeyer of Richmond, Virginia.; her husband Eugene C. Blottner; her son E. Charles Blottner, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Minna Catherine and Brooks Charles Blottner.
