She is survived by: her husband Richard W. Kuhn; her children, Henry Joseph Kosky, Tara Dawn Kosky, Lisa Marie Kosky-Stanley, Anthony Kuhn and Nicholas Kuhn; and her siblings, Andrea, Dennis, Maida, Bridget and Tracy. She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
