She is survived by: her former husband Elijah Dixon; her daughter Peggy M. Dixon; her husband Benjamin B. Reid; her granddaughters, Shernette "Nicki" Dixon and Chrissy Dixon; her siblings, Benjamin Baker (Gray) of Oak City, NC, Ben Baker of Oak City, NC, Bishop Columbus Baker (Jacqueline) and Brenda Johnson (George) of Oak City, NC; her godchildren, Cynthia Carmen, Joseph Johnson and Michael Johnson; her extended family, Clell and Carol Smith; Ian and Kendall Smith.
