She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillie Hamilton and Booker T. Satterwaite; her husband Alonzo Wilson; and her sons, Larry Darnell Woolard, Barry Mitchell Woolard and James Earl Woolard.
She is survived by: her siblings, Evelyn Hamilton, Issac Foyle and Thomas Earl Satterwaite; her children, Bobby Woolard, Vera Smith, Linda Gibson (George), Lois Blount, Pamela Ellison, Mavistine Woolard, Robert Woolard (Alesia), Curtis Woolard, Sandra Simon, Tammy Woolard, Elizabeth Taylor Wilson and Harry Wilson; her sister Gloria Johnson (Al); her sister-in-law Dora Satterwaite; and her goddaughters, Sherry Mcpherson, Pat Harvey, Veronica Wilkerson and Valerie of Washington. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
