He was predeceased by: his parents, Sheila Murphy and Gene Murphy; and his grandparents, Thomas and Christina Scanlon. He is survived by: his wife Irene; and his siblings-in-law, Michael (Jeri) and DeAnna (Chris). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel (8464 Tidewater Dr, Norfolk, VA 23518).
