He is survived by: his parents, Mary Jean Todd (Siple) and David Lynn Applewhite; his children, Ethan James Applewhite of Ashland and Astrid Applewhite of Flatwoods, Kentucky; his brothers, Loren James Sadler of Argillite, Kentucky and Nicholas Christian Applewhite of Fair Oaks; his stepbrothers, Gordon Lewis Todd III of Portsmouth and Sean Padrich Todd of Oshkosh, Wisconsin; and the mother of his child Molly True Stone of Ashland, Kentucky..
