He is survived by: his mother Madeline Wade; his wife Doreathia Wade; his children, Morgan Davis and David Wade, Jr.; his stepchildren, Terry Seymore, Taquisha Seymore and Trent Smith; his siblings, Pamela Clark (Kenneth), Mark Wade, Kent Wade, Yuonne Manigo, Gregory Wade (Annette) and Jennifer Marshall (Larry); and his brother-in-law Michael Seymore. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 6 bonus grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
