He is survived by: his wife Diana Turner of Norfolk; his daughters, Rachel Mitchell (Michael) of Virginia Beach and Abigail Brooks (Ryan) of Virginia Beach; his grandchildren, Zachary, Jennifer, Mason and Connor; and his sister Florie Basham of Norfolk. He is also survived by nieces, nephews & cousins.
