She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Wyatt and Frank Mercer, Jr.; her son Antonio Steven; and her sister Shirley Wright. She is survived by: her husband Anthony Penn; her daughter Felicia Nellum; her son-in-law Jay Nellum; her sister Vernita King; her son-in-law Russell King; her brother Steven; and her sister-in-law Sharon. She is also survived by grandchildren, (17) great grandchildren, and (7) nieces and nephews.
