She is survived by: her children, Andrea Bivens of Portsmouth, Virginia, Harold E. Olds (Deanna) of Norfolk, Moses Brown of Norfolk and Joseph Brown Jr. of Norfolk; her granddaughter Tika Bivens; and her goddaughter Kenya Brazell.
