She is survived by: her children, Cartina Hairston Wilson (Shelton), Sherita Hairston, Michael Hairston, Jameika Hairston, Justin Hariston, Jessica Hairston, Calethea Hairston and Barbara Hairston; her brother Darryl Gray (Tonya); her grandchildren, Javone, Taryia (Shassadie), Tyra, Michelle, Tarshawna, Thomas, Keshawn, Tequan, Yakirah, Ny'Qesia, Dennis, Daniel, Naziria, Heaven and Aniyah; her great grandchildren, Bronx, Bella, Thomas, Jr., MacKenzie, Niyla, Martavious, Nori, Nalani and Nalia; her close friend Doug Jackson; and her goddaughter Lisa Trent.
