He was predeceased by: his parents, Moses N. Williams Jr. and Frances Williams; and his siblings, Daphyne Williams and Bernard Williams. He is survived by: his daughter Denise Parker; his siblings, Mary Harris (Alonzo), Faye Williams (Michael) of Virginia Beach, VA, Ernestine Williams of Virginia Beach, VA, Debbie Williams of Chesapeake, VA, Daniel Williams of Norfolk, VA and Ronald Williams (Evelyn) of Chesapeake, VA; and his close friend April Towe. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
