He is survived by: his parents, Shelia Linnette Wesby and Charlie Ricks; his wife Jacquelyn Wesby; his siblings, Antonio Wood, Crystal Wood, Tandra Wesby of Grizzale, Chelsy Ricks and Charlie "Lil Charlie" Ricks; his children, Melody Wesby, Destiny Wesby, Qkeiyana Delevaux, Lataiyjah Williams, Derek Wesby Jr., Dyinesa Wesby and Ma'lasia Edwards; his nieces and nephews, Parys Ricks, Prynce Ricks, Ares Ricks, Azaiyah Ricks, Charlie Ricks, Tonie Ricks, Jodie Ricks, Korie Ricks, Amir Spencer, Amiyah Spencer, Elijah Wood, Autumn Wood, Oreo Wood, Bentley Wood and Champ Wesby; and his grandchildren, Amiyah Williams, Jamirah Williams, Zay'Veon Williams, Kyreon Williams, Mason Delevaux, Keion Delevaux, Ta'lea Delevaux and Kyrie Wesby. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends.
