She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie B Womack and Aline Womack (Chandler); her husband William P. Irby; her son William Irby Junior; and her siblings, Herman "Pee wee" Womack, Annie Mae Edmonds, Edward Brand Womack, Louise Hartridge, Raleigh Womack and Emma Barksdale.
She is survived by: her children, Bobbie (Jean), Dorlean (Cookie), Ralph (Irb), Linda, Lewis (Lee) and Lamont (Mont); her siblings, Betty Cole, Willie Lee Womack, Shirley Womack and Darnell Womack; her sisters-in-law, Bobbie Ann Womack and Sue Alice Johnson; her daughter-in-law Addie Irby (William Jr.); Dr. R. Q. Moore. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and ten great-great children.
