He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Jackson and Evelyn Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Jackson of Suffolk, VA; his daughter Jessica A. Jackson; his granddaughter Alanah Williams; his siblings, Williams Butts of Norfolk, VA and Laverne James of Norfolk, VA; and his aunt Janet Brooks (Maryland). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
