She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Chavis and Oscar Chavis; her husband Robert L. Wiggins, Sr.; her sons, Robert L. Wiggins, Jr. and Kurt M. Wiggins; her sisters, Selma Jackson and Delois Goodall; her grandson Malcolm D. Wiggins; and her great grandchildren, Donshae and Donte Evans.

She is survived by: her children, Kelvin G. Wiggins, Melvin L. Wiggins (Audrey), Karen L. Wiggins, Nadine G. Wiggins and Neal O. Wiggins (Regina). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren, along with a host of relatives and friends.
