He was predeceased by: his father John Michael McCabe (Rockford). He is survived by: his mother Shirley Marie McCabe (Lascara) of Norfolk; his siblings, John McCabe, Anne McCabe and Mary Ellen Farrar; and his uncle Vincent Lascara (Portsmouth). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his lasting contributions to his community, Ned was surrounded by a circle of dear friends, whom he loved to meet up with at the Twisted Pig in Portsmouth.
