She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bartels and Marie Bartels. She is survived by: her husband Leland R. Stouter; her children, Rev. David K. Stouter (Josephine H. Stouter) of Houston, TX and Lesli A. Lowrance (Richard D. Lowrance) of Norfolk, VA; and her grandsons, Mathew Weldon and Caleb Lowrance.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions made be to St. Timothy Lutheran Church.
