With sadness, we share the passing of Eleanor Ann Cribb (Norfolk, Virginia). Eleanor Ann, born on November 11, 1936 in Fayetteville, North Carolina, passed away on October 19, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Cain and Lois Bell Cain. She is survived by: her sibling Donnie Cain; her children, Carol Ann and Kari Lynn; her sister Betty Ellis; her sister-in-law Anna Cain; her sons, Wayne (Pam) and Dean (Tricia); her grandchildren, Kenna, Danielle, Kaitlin, Haleigh, Matthew, Brittany, Michael and Will; and her great grandchildren, Deacon, Beckett, James, Hayden, Forest, Kennedy and Harper.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Norfolk (312 Kempsville Rd, Norfolk, VA 23502). A reception will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (8100 Granby St, Norfolk, VA 23505).
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations please be made in Ann Cribb's name to First Baptist Norfolk Children's Camp.
