She was predeceased by: her father Charles L. Ricks; her husband Paul Gamble; her stepfather Euclis Colbert; and her siblings, Raymond, Charles, William, Clarence Ricks and Larsene Ricks.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Ricks (Lorraine) of Disputanta, Michael Gamble of Virginia Beach and Veronica McCain (Billy) of Potomac Falls, Virginia.; her sisters, Joyce Whitney (Harvey) of Suffolk, Carolyn Barnes of Virginia Beach and Linda Lyons (James) of Prince George, Virginia.; and her grandchildren, Shenik Pinder, Bobby Ricks Jr. and William Paul McCain. She is also survived by six great- grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces, and special relatives and friends.
