He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Brown Sr. and Bertha Brown; and his brother Kenneth Huff Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Brown; his son Chad Brown (Jessica) of Va; his siblings, Frank Brown Jr. of Va and Sheryl Huff Hernandez of Va; his aunts, Catherine Johnson, Regina Collins and Edna Collins; his nephews, Justin Hernandez, Jonathan Batista, Darius Roberts, Zion Roberts and Jeremy Staton; his niece Veronica Staton; and his siblings-in-law, Carmen, Hilda, Mamilo and Kimberly. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great nephews, and 1 great niece, cousins and friends.
