She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph L. Williams Sr.; her mother Doris L. White; and her brother Ernest G. White Jr.. She is survived by: her son Joseph L. Williams Jr. of Norfolk; her sister Brenda M. Jenkins of Norfolk, VA; and her friends, Cheryl Fentress, Helen F. Williams and Evelyn "Evie" Willis.
Anytime she was called upon to serve or donate, she never questioned, just did her part.
