He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ozella Powell and Willy Bly; his siblings, Precious Carson, Robert Bly and Bryant Bly; his former wife Odessa Bly; and his children, Eugene Bly, Jr. (Sara), Eugenia Ruffin, Pamela Grant (Philip), Bonita Bly, Anthony Bly, Sheila Meridy (LT), Timothy Bly and Reginald Bly (Michelle). He was also cherished by 28 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and 13 great-great grandchildren.
