She is survived by: her brother Jimmy W. Willis; her daughter Patricia Gates Jones; her son-in-law William Jones; her grandchildren, Kellie Putnam (David), Jason Gates, Weston Gates (Tiffany), Ryan Jones, Thomas Gates, Brandon Gates (Brooke), Lauren Cary (Justin) and Kellyn Hendricks; and her great grandchildren, Maddison, Thomas, Weston, Adalyn, Parker, Kyle, Easton, Payton and Tucker.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Larchmont United Methodist Church (https://www.larchmontumc.org) or the Norfolk Family Justice Center, in memory of Eugenia's generous and loving spirit.
