She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Poland (Sergeant Marine) and Evelyn Clemencia Lambert Queeley; and her children, Elizabeth Romero-Kibiloski, Lawrence Otto Romero and José Alberto Romero.

She is survived by: her husband José Moises Romero; her son-in-law Keith Kibiloski; her grandchildren, Rio Kibiloski and Alanna Kibiloski Brady; her grandson-in-law Colin Brady; and her caregiver Syreeta.
